PayPal and eBay users: Talk to real people!

ABC News this evening had a segment about how people are getting tired of dealing with automated phone systems when they want to talk to a human. There is a man named Paul English who has worked to find the way to bypass these systems and get a "real person" to speak to.

Since there are PayPal and eBay users here who have experienced problems, I thought it might be helpful to post his website address here. He has "codes" for how to bypass both PayPal and eBay's automated systems in order to reach a real person.
